2 types of Endurance:
Cardio Vascular - heart
Muscular - exert effort (resistance) for a long period of time

Flexibility - range of movements of the joints (reach)


BODY COMPOSITION
-bones, organs, muscles


Skill Related Fitness
> Reaction Time
> Agility
> Speed
> Power
> Balance
> Coordination

Reaction time - to be able to react to an outside stimulus
